Levi went to bat for me on a service agreement From when I purchased my car. Although the result was not what I had hoped, I do feel Levi did his part to try to get me the best deal possible. I appreciate his efforts and kind demeanor.
The exterior of my car was washed really well except the wheels. Brake dust was visibly still present when I got back to work. I did not notice it at the dealership. Otherwise, the detailer did an excellent job.
