Brent has been amazing to work with. I came in on a very stressful day with lots of things not going right, including the car troubles. After $1400 and leaving, I was still having issues so I turned around and came back. I was admittedly extremely frustrated and emotional by this point, but Brent was very patient and understanding. He listened to my concerns and took extra time to dig deeper with a mechanic to find the root of the problem. Him and the technician (Chris?) we’re both very attentive and helpful in validating that something was still not right. I haven’t picked up from final service yet, but I’m optimistic that I will finally feel like my car is performing like it should.
Andrew’s always great! Thanks for figuring out the tricky issues with our MDX and going above and beyond! Service technicians are also much appreciated! Will continue to use Acura of Springfield for our future needs.

I don’t appreciate the attitude of a man behind the counter. I was simply asking about added “service “ fee that they could not explain. He was very defensive and disrespectful.
