It was fixed. I came in for an oil change and then the next day my oil light came on and I had a difficult time making it back to the dealership. Andrew was great. He got it all handled but it completely threw my day off so I had to mention it . You guys have a great service model and it is why I continue to buy cars from you.

I had the timing belt and water pump replaced for scheduled maintenance. The car did not even make it home before it overheated. It looks like your mechanic did not put coolant in it or they messed up the water pump. I picked it up at 430 and it over heated about 30 minutes later and the service center was then closed. I had to leave it in a parking lot and call a lift to pick me up. The issue is still not resolved. The car needs to be towed, fixed, and I need a loaner. Now I am going to be late for work tomorrow too. Please make this right.

I was able to get quick service after I had multiple warning lights went off in my vehicle. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly. It required a part to be ordered. I was put in a loaner vehicle while waiting for the repair to be completed. I appreciate Brad being top notch in making sure all my needs were met.
