Your service department miss diagnosed the problem. Said it was the battery. It definitely wasn’t. Went to where I purchased the battery (Interstate) they checked everything out and the z3 month old battery was like new. The electrical system needs service light is still on and I paid you 206 dollars for nothing. I have a diagnostic print out from Interstate indicating the battery is in excellent condition. Very unsatisfied

Your service department is very slow I had a1:30pm appointment to get my oil changed. IT took until 3:30 pm to get my car back. To me that is not exactly what I will do again. Way too long.

Travis did a great job on recovery services from previous manager Samuel. But, there some areas in my vehicle that still need extra attentions - the scratches and marking from the damages was done by the shop is still noticeable. I would like that to be resolved. Overall, Travis follow through with his words and did his best to help me with this matter.
