Got me in right away. We went over my winter car service. I picked the more expensive one but I dont want to have to be worried about my wifes safety,or my grandchildrens. Professional and clean environment.

It took two and a half weeks for service to be completed. I was told several times it was under warranty but when we picked it up we were told it would cost about $700. I never authorized repairs at that price. After some confusion we paid only the warranty deductible.

Travis in service was simply awesome to deal with! I have questions about some services for this oil change, and the next. He was very informative, took his time and gave me the correct information that I was looking for. Many years ago, I was an area manager in the automotive industry, and I know how tough it is to find solid, team members that represent your business in a professional, fast paced environment. Travis does that well for your dealership.

Chad was awesome. Took great car of my Lancer Sportback. The team at Frank Leta - Chad, Travis, and the guy who always works on my car whose name I don't know but does great - are a superb team. I always feel welcome and Frank Leta, which is more than I can say about other dealerships.

Travis Burson was amazing. He was very professional and helpful I had trouble with my car starting Sunday and Monday. TRAVIS, called the mechanics up to test my battery and sure enough it was my battery. Travis, was able to look at my Warranty and inform me that it was covered on my Warranty. He also gave me other information that I didn't know to further service my vehicle. Travis was able to answer all my questions by providing detailed answers. Thank you so much Travis, you were amazing!!!
