Does not look like the vehicle was even inspected. Car was not washed. Paid $215 and wasted my time. Now I'm going to another Toyota for better service

Ana Ochoa has been our Service Advisor for the past 15 years. We reside in city of Riverside which is more or less 50 miles away. Our trust and confidence with Ms. Ochoa is unmeasurable. She does an excellent job in taking care of our Toyota vehicles. I am a forever Toyota person at the age of 78. I still have my 1985 Toyota Supra that I am restoring. My 2004 Toyota Land Cruiser is still running good with 375K miles. I have been going to your dealership since I started working at Hoag way back in 1988.

Poor communications, had to call 3 times but still no status on my vehicle till I showed up at dealership. Apparently it was done and no one cared to update me, the customer.
I had a pretty terrible experience yesterday, and tried to speak with someone before I left. That person was condescending and was clearly just telling me things to get me to leave. My advisor called me instead of talking with me (I was in the waiting room) and was nowhere to be found when I tried to find someone to speak with. The condescending advisor I found was giving me illogical information about the information on my form. I now have no idea whether proper service was done on my vehicle, or if there are serious safety concerns with my vehicle. When I told the condescending advisor that the service was pretty terrible, he insisted that all Toyota service would be the same. It is clear to me that management, organization, and communication in the service department at this dealership is a major problem. This isn’t the only time I’ve had problems along these lines, but it is the worst experience yet. I do not think it is my individual advisors fault- though I am unhappy with their individual customer service. This is a management problem. I also called back to request more information about the potential problems with my vehicle. They couldn’t find my records and said they’d call me back. That has not happened. How sky I supposed to trust anything they tell me at this point? They don’t care about customer service and I’ve no clue if they’re actually doing what they should. I can at least tell that my oil has in fact been changed.
Great to work with, he kept me updated every step of the way. Went above and beyond for me, great customer service and the type of employee that keeps customers coming back.
Anna was great but the problem was not solved It was worse than when it went in This is the 3 rd time on the issue and it’s worse than ever
