I drove into South Coast Toyota with the tire light on, I didn’t have an appointment. John was able to check the tire pressure immediately and then found the problem. He explained my tire would be taken care of, it was a very busy day so it would be a couple of hours and he would be checking in with me to give me updates. John did come in to customer waiting area multiple times to update me. I am very grateful John took care of my car and me. He showed he really cared. Thank you!

The service manager was very accommodating to help me get my routine service done with short notice yesterday . I appreciated that he took the extra time at the end of the day to assist me with the service order . This is an uncommon courtesy and I was impressed that he showed his primary interest is putting the customer first. Congrats on your excellent and accommodating service manager!
John was extremely helpful and patient. The car sound issue was hard to explain and he allowed me to describe it without interruptions and helped me to be concise so the mechanic could try to figure out what was causing the sound issue. I look forward to working with John in the future.
