I worked with Stephanie Santiago extensively for a week on many details related to my car. She was patient, thorough, communicative, understanding, helpful, kind, very knowledgeable, and worked with me every step of the way to ensure I had the information I needed to make big decisions about my car. I felt like she really cared about making sure my car was safe and what the priorities were and what I could wait on until the next service. Thank you to Miguel as well who worked on my car. I really appreciated everyone’s diligence and doing what they could to help me understand everything that was happening. It made a huge difference. Thank you again!

Waited 4 hours for my car to be completed oil change and tire rotation. Brought me wrong car and took more time to locate my car. The mechanic apparently misplaced key and had to look for it. I will not be returning to your service department for service.
