I’m not entirely sure if it’s a normal part of the service, however ever since I bought my first car with you guys, you always gave the card a wash after the service. I was without my vehicle more than 24hrs, and when I got it back it was in worse shape than when I dropped it off.

John was thorough and called me as soon as he knew there were two additional filters needed to ensure replacement was agreed to . He also called me as soon as the service was completed. We ask for him each time that we have service at this dealership.
