The service on my truck took a very long time. It was disrespectful of my time, taking three hours, which is a very long time. I also asked them to fix the driver's side window, which was not done, even though they assured me that everything would be fixed and that I would have to come back again and again and waste my time...

Ray understood what my vehicle needed and the job was completed which was oil change and tire rotation. I was told that my car needed parts for a recall and it ended up staying overnight. However, when I did pick up my vehicle which was 2 days later due to my work schedule the radio wasn’t working and car wasn't washed like it normally is. I had to bring the vehicle back to be inspected and fixed. I am very happy that it was solved but will definitely be back if for some reason the radio goes out again since that wasn’t an issue to begin with & I was told that no one had touched the radio. Thank you Ray for the great customer service. I do appreciate it! If I can just maybe suggest that vehicles are inspected before pick up to ensure that the basics are functioning to save customers from having to return since apparently this is a common issue that is happening after this recall is completed. This would have saved the hassle of coming back and the stress and having to leave work to ensure this gets done during your working hours. Thank you!
