I was there at 6:40am but seemed to be the last car out around 6pm.
11 hours is a very long time for a car repair. I tell myself that I really didn’t need to be a high priority but it seems I was a very low priority. Even though I was there early and could expect to be one of the first to receive service. No communication during the day about progress. I eventually phoned and said I was coming in to wait in the waiting room as my wife was dropping me off and can’t drive in the dark. Service here has always been better than this.
Ray Carrera was exceptional. For the most part of my life, I have only owned Toyotas. Therefore, I have interacted with a great many Toyota employees. Therefore, when I say Ray was superlative in kindness, expertise, timing, and attentiveness, I hope you will take note. Do whatever you have to do to keep him! Totally superlative!

I was not aware of Supercharges before seeing the bill, and it was not well explained. I may entitle a refund for services not provided.
Nobody told me that there only will be a quick check that day if my vehicle is affected by the recall or not. So I left and after 45min I got the call that my car can be picked up again as the part needs to be ordered. knowing that I would have stayed and waited but I left and spend money and time of going back and forth. More transparency would have been great.
