I was mislead about price for windshield and how they had to order glass and have installer come and it would be a 2 day process. And I was quoted a price then when I arrived the price went up over double the amount bc apparently when they quoted me they didn’t include price of window. So I never left my vehicle there. And I may not return there in the future.

The Drivers that picked me up and drove me home were both very courteous and friendly. Francisco was as well as all the Staff members I spoke to. Francisco answered all my questions and the work that had to be done didn’t take that long. He also checked in a couple of things that I had questions about.

I found a scratch on the back of the Prius bumper. Jason LeVasseur said he would order the bumper sticker. I can’t tell whether it has scratched the car or just sticker.

This was actually a very strange experience. I purchased my car at South Coast Toyota and have only had positive things to say to date, but my latest service experience left me a bit unsettled. I was greeted warmly and helped quickly. I was told the service would take about an hour and I confirmed that was fine and I would wait. I was not asked to sign anything and was not provided any paperwork (this was the first time that has ever happened). Over 2 hours later I went to check in on progress and it was difficult to get answers. When I was finally helped, a different service technician actually went into someone else's dark office and found my paperwork just sitting there and indicated that my car was ready. Was I just totally forgotten? As I reviewed the notes - it mentioned specifically that I requested NOT to have my oil changed. BUT the oil change sticker in my windshield is updated for 5,000 miles out from now. Did anything actually get serviced on my vehicle or was this just a reset button? Disappointed this time, you've always been better!

No one called us all day until 5:40pm after we had already arrived and we’re waiting for some information. It then ended up costing us $189 for cleaning our gas cap.

I would like to say that this is the best, magnificent and awesome service ever done to my car. I give props to my advisor. She was the best at explaining what my car is needed! And also thanks to the best service manager as well I believe his name was Jason he also helped me out along with my advisor Ana thank you I will be coming back!

Fred did not listen to what we said. pair turned into complete disconnection of my back up camera. No replacement of camera leaving the wires unsafely hanging out the back of the truck. I refused to take my vehicle with this damage. Spoke to other service staff and they were going to have the manager look into the problem. I am left without a vehicle at this point. my vehicle was dropped off at the shop on Tuesday. today’s Sunday. Thank you looking forward to hearing from someone Back To Naismith
