Frank is a great service rep/advisor. He explains everything clearly, his time estimates are accurate, and gives you cost estimates beforehand.
Ray is amazing. He treats me better than a customer almost like a friend. He listen to you and takes time to go over everything that is needed for repair. Ray is the reason I come back time and time again to get my car serviced.

First service on my new Prius. Everything was great. Nice, quiet waiting area so I could read!
I was quoted a 90 minute turnaround. The simple service took 2.5 hours. All you did was top off fluids and perform a tire rotation. This is a 30-45 minute task at most. I am extremely displeased with the lack of professionalism and care for customers time.
John is a TREMENDOUS asset to SCT!!! His knowledge and caring greatly helped ease my stress and I want to THANK JOHN VERY MUCH! I look forward to seeing John again but I hope the next time is just for an oil change!???? THANKS AGAIN, John! You are the BEST!!!
No interior service at all. The driver side floor was dirtier then when I brought it in. I actually had to clean it when I got home. Never happened before. Is this a cut in service or just a “oops”?

I love bringing my car to SCT for service. This time it was disappointing to not be kept informed about how much longer it would take for service. At drop off (with an appointment) I was told a couple of hours so I chose to wait in the lobby. Turned out to take 4.5 hours. Not complaining, just wish I had been kept informed about the delay.
The paint job came out really nice, the only concern is that the front and back plastic panels now seem to be a different shade of white Pearl, is this normal? Should I contact Toyota for further clarifications? Thanks!
