I was told the servicing would take approx 1 1/2 hrs. After 2 1/2 hrs, I checked with the cashier, who sent me back to Serv Coor, who said it was “almost done”, but it then took an additional 1/2 hr. Upon completion, I was told it was because it was an “older Prius” that it had taken longer. Obviously, they knew the age and mileage on my car before starting the job. I have NO problem that it took 3 hours, only that I was told 1 1/2, and then no communication to me when it took significantly longer.
This is the second time John has helped me out and he’s very attentive and and welcoming.
Ana got me in and out in 1 hour.
John was very professional and efficient. The service took less time than originally advised, also super!
John Nguyen was great, very helpful. But when my friend went to pick the replacement battery, he demonstratively said we need ed to pay for it first. In fact we had, at least 15 minutes prior, before he left the house, and I made sure he had a photo of my screen shot of the receipt.

The Toyota staff keep making excuses and their only concern was to prove me wrong.
