The only thing I’m concerned about is that my tires were rotated but there is a bit of new roughness felt. I will contact service if it continues.

Got a call from the shop while my car is for 50K service telling me something about my break fluids and that they should be replaced -- hard to say no as it sounds scary.
When I picked up the car and looked at the receipt I found out that it clearly stated on it that 'it was made clear to the customer that this is just a recommendation' (IT WAS NOT!) and that the break fluids actual recommended replacement time, which was stated on the receipt, is every 30K (this was a 50K service.
I feel scammed. One of the reasons I continue to come to a Toyota dealership shop, and pay the extra cost compared to a non-dealership shop, is to avoid specifically that.
I will not come back for future services, and will not recommend this place to others. I'm honestly scared to think of how many times you've successfully "recommended" things to me that were not needed in the past 6 years.
