It took three hours for my scheduled service check. It took 30 minutes for them to find my car once I was told it was ready. I spent three hours waiting in your waiting room.

I was there for over 3 hours which is absolutely ridiculous to wait that long. They also said that I needed some kind of filter replaced and I needed to pay for it. First of all I lease both vehicles and it hasn’t been a year yet. it should be covered under warranty and if it isn’t. It is absolutely ridiculous that a filter needs to be replaced under a year.
