John was fine, except for the hot mess at the end getting a ride back to your shop to pickup my truck..
I am miffed, though, by a charge of $189 for “diagnostic” that resulted in replacing a gas cap for an additional $43. As a consumer, the $189 to diagnose seems a ripoff and real nice profit center for the dealership. Maybe I’m not appreciating the entire situation but it sure leaves a bad taste.
