Anna is very professional and cared about me has a customer ensuring that my vehicle was fixed to ensure my safety, I had alot of work needed to ensure my car was working properly I was given a loaner while my car was being repaired, I own a Corolla but I am in love with the corollo cross that will be my next purchase thank you Toyota team My car is running great and I appreciate picking it up washed and vacuum you all are Awesome!!!

My appointment was @1pm I booked for an oil change, I went in saying hello with a smile and she never once smiled or talked kindly. Instead she made me feel real stupid not knowing car parts names when she told me my car needs extra service and I asked what they are. I asked for pricing and options because I just planned on being there for oil change, I had a budget and my time was limited having another appointment 3hrs after. I made sure she knows I had to leave by 3:15, 3:30 the latest. My name wasn’t called by 3:40 I went to talk and was told it’ll take more time. They were literally just working on my car (over 2hrs after my appointment time). I took the shuttle to my next appointment. After my other appointment I had a VM saying my car was done (@4:45) so I called for a shuttle only to be let know they stop Had to take Uber back then my Uber driver told me, south coast Toyota orders Ubers for their customers all the time. My whole day ended up messed up with being late for another appointment, paying extra for unexpected ride and canceling important appointment for unexpected delay of a whole day. All could be avoided if Stephanie could be on top of her job and informed customers about update of timing. Especially I emphasized I had to leave by certain time when I checked in with her. I was extremely disappointed with the service and her overall attitude that i requested no to speak with her again.

It was a waste of time. There is a fire hazard recall and people’s vehicle are stalling and catching fire. My car is stalling and over heating and has the electrical shorts and the strange sound. Theey gave me paper work that reads “for hazard no remedy at this time” I called gave my VIN they said I did have the recall and needed to bring it in and they did not replace the 4 parts that will be replaced after the notice date sent in 1-2 weeks. I am now forced to drive a dangerous vehicle
Richie was so great and even tho I never meet the service people they always make my car feel great!

Improve customer service. Especially Stephanie who assist me she should have help me better instead of letting me wait over 30 mins when my car was already finished. She was kind of rude to me. But with other customers i saw that she was accommodating.
