The check in process could be better. Had an appointment at 7:30am, only to find when I got there that was 3 rows, of what I presume are people that are walk-in mixed with appt. Didnt talk to someone until 8am. So does it even matter to make an appointment? Once that was done was told to put name down for shuttle. I did that and waited for them to call name. However that never occurred. Saw a group leave in shuttle, then walked over was again told they'd let us know only to again notice people walking over to shuttle. By then its a little past 9am and they said there is not enough room. Meaning I'd likely be waiting additional time. Ended up requesting uber. I didn't expect to leave immediately, but waiting without clear guidance or organization is not ok. Maybe on very busy days, should look into requesting ubers or having additional shuttles. Would probably not return to this location.
Francisco gets customer service…he answered my numerous questions with a smile as well as took the time to explain things to me. He represents your dealership very well!

Ana Ochoa did not call as promised, had a very cold borderline rude personality during our brief encounter and made me feel as being my car in for service was an inconvenience to her. Not only did I wait for 5-10 minutes it was as if she got the short straw and was forced to help me. I did not have a good encounter with her on this visit or the last couple visits. We have bought 3 cars from this dealership and service used to be great, but really seems to be going downhill. Considering finding a new dealership and service department for future services and purchases moving forward.
Ray is an exceptional service manager. I always come back to him b/c I trust him and his team’s repair/replacement suggestions. He also hustled to get me a shuttle home when I had an appointment to meet. His genuine care and sincerity rings through to each and every customer b/c it’s who he is. Thank you Ray!
