Frank was an excellent representative of Toyota He was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoy the way Toyota treats its customers.
However, your pricing is too high. I’m currently under warranty but the service I had provided was not covered. I love you Toyota but when my warranty is up I will be moving on.

Ana was very personable and easy to work with. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. She gave me all the necessary information I needed and I am very satisfied with her service. Please give her a raise!
He told me they couldn’t check my brakes because they close in an hour. Feel like I got ripped off because he didn’t want to work. If that’s the case then those time slots should not be available online.
