I brought my vehicle in because of a recall. I asked how long it would take and was told about 6 hours. I signed in for the shuttle service and then waited for over 45 minutes before calling a $20 Uber to go to work. I was there about half an hour when I was called saying my car was finished. When I tried to call to arrange a shuttle, the service dept number would ring twice and hang up. I did this several times and finally gave up and took another $20 Uber to pick up my car. So I spent $40 and a good portion of my day dealing with a problem that was your fault to begin with. Thanks for the service.

Thanks to stephanie for looking out for me and doing the best to her abilitys to get my cars consernes to the apropriet person to get the job done on my car and keeping me updated every step of tge way.
He was very approachable. Soft-spoken and seemed knowledgeable with regards to the issues of the car. He showed concern to the needs of the customer e.g. loaner car and it was prepared in advance.

This service was for a recall on my Highlander. I am uncertain as to what exactly was the defect and the needed remedy.

It’s easy to get the car serviced and Ana communicated the status along the way. Everything was done on schedule.
My service was great. I made a same day appointment, was able to drop off my car during my lunch, I was worried I wouldn’t get back before my lunch hour was over. But a shuttle brought me back to work on time, Christian was very nice and helpful he explained what kind of service was needed and whited me a price before working on my car. Then once my car was ready for pick up I received a call and a shuttle was sent to pick me up from work. (Both shuttle drivers drove carefully and were very vice too)
I arrived to pick up my car, paid for my service and my car was returned back. Honestly my service was great I’m happy I came in. Thank you all !!!!!

My vehicle was scratched Jason was super awesome and had someone buff the scratches out but they didn’t and my vehicle wasn’t damaged upon dropping it off I recorded it and took photos so I don’t know why it was damaged once I was there to pick it up
