I purchased the oil change package and when my car is due for service I expect to get oil change. But when I come in for service the service agent told me the oil is good for 10k miles and the car still have 5k mile left. And If I want to change I have to pay for it. Why do I have to pay again? Make me feel like I got ripped off

Raymond wasn't very kind and the person handling the shuttle desk (heavier set man) was very rude. Was not a very pleasant experience today.

I took my car the night before for an oil change and a recall notice. I signed the papers accordingly and requested for my car to be ready before 9:30 for work. Ana sent a message to the wrong number which was not listed on the paperwork I filled out and signed. The message said to reach out to hear in regards to the dashboard which had the tire pressure and maintenance light on. I returned the call and left two voicemails and she never returned the call. I went to Toyota service department to speak with Ana personally and she had an attitude. She said “as you can see I am busy and I was unable to return your call”. I understand that she might have lots of cars to process for service but it doesn’t mean she has to take out her anger and give attitude to customers which are not at fault. However my car did not receive an oil change which was the main reason for me bringing it in. The only service provided was the recall notice that I mentioned. And now I have to do another trip to get the oil change which is a huge inconvenience for me. I will request a new service representative next time I take my car there.
As always, Frank is professional and easy to communicate with.
One issue with service this visit. My glove box is out of alignment due to cabin filter not being replaced securely. I will need to bring it back for repair. Thank you.
