The technician was very helpful however the scheduling was ridiculous. I had an appointment, I was on time and still was given a three hour window which I thought was a bit much but still could not be met. I know you are a large busy dealership but should be able to schedule better
Everything was great. Confused about one thing, John said that there might be a battery issue and should bring car back soon so can be hooked up to charger to make sure battery is ok but don’t see this listed on the service receipt I got at checkout?

This very time consuming. The service department is kind. When you promote a discount- it reminds when you go thru a drive thru you must tell them that you have a coupon. More hoops to jump through. Francisco - direct comment; as understanding, good service puts the car in good condition.

I paid $250 for an oil change and filter and tire rotation. I arrived at the service center at 6:45 for a 7:00 appointment and was first in line. I saw one employee walking around opening doors and turning on lights and no one else. Other employees started arriving at 6:50. At 7:10 a service rep came to my car to help me. I told him I wanted to the basic required service. He tried to sell me every filter, change the brake fluid, and several other nonessential items . I said I would wait for the car. He said it might take 2 hours . I waited until 8:45 went to the door and saw my car being parked in the lot. I went to the service cubicle, no one was there. I went back at 9:00 and the service rep said he was waiting for the paperwork.
I asked how it could take two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. He said there were people ahead of me. I told him there was only one person there ahead of me and he worked there. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!
