I had my vehicle service for 20k. I assumed they changed the oil. The oil warning sentence display is still on. Either oil wasn't changed or the tech forgot to set the sensor. I called my service rep Richie, left a vm and didn't hear back

Richie was great, non-issue with him. But the technicians who rotate the tires didn't do the Wheel Change settings to account for the fact that I rotate with a 5th wheel.
Raymond was courteous of my time and answered my questions thoughtfully. My experience with Raymond was fantastic and I have full trust that my vehicle is in good hands when I leave it with him and the crew at South Coast Toyota!
