I had my vehicle service for 20k. I assumed they changed the oil. The oil warning sentence display is still on. Either oil wasn't changed or the tech forgot to set the sensor. I called my service rep Richie, left a vm and didn't hear back

Richie was great, non-issue with him. But the technicians who rotate the tires didn't do the Wheel Change settings to account for the fact that I rotate with a 5th wheel.

Very positive experience in person at the dealer, but it seems like communication on the email front was slightly lacking? Overall though, staff were helpful and work was well executed and timely. Looking forward to having future service done there
