My concerns were heard and addressed right away, and I am very pleased with the service! I believe they even fixed my clock inside my car so that isn't was exact to the time, it helps me manage my time better too! My tire has had no issue with driving and pricing was fair and service was done fast! Thank you all who helped get me back on the road, your help is much appreciated!

The issue wasn’t fixed, again - they can’t duplicate it but it disconnects at least once a day when I drive it. It seems unlikely that it never disconnects despite this being the 3rd visit for this issue. My vehicle was returned to me with NO GAS! Completely empty tank - the range simply said refuel, no # of miles to empty. The driver warned me when she dropped it off to be very careful because I didn’t have any gas. Fortunately the traffic wasn’t a nightmare yesterday and I was able to make the 1.5 mile drive to the gas station by I can’t imagine who thought that was acceptable.

I arrived home and noticed a wheel cover was not seated on the wheel. I had to use a rubber mallet to seat the cover. Had it fallen off without my noticing it, I would have been out big $.
Charlotte was extremely helpful and pleasant. The coffee and cookies were an excellent touch. Each were very enjoyable. I'll certainly visit Toyota South for my next car purchase. Thank You

I would also say that the technicians and mechanics did a very efficient job on my car. The person I talked to when I made my appointment said it would take about 4 hrs to complete the job they had the air bags and service done in 2:45 which I thought was Great because I had to drive 2 hrs to get there, so Thank you all !

Charlotte was terrible to work with. She did not get my vehicle back to me in the timeframe I asked her to do so and said she “misunderstood”. Then, the service department’s phone number always went to voicemail. To the point I had to call the sales department to track down someone in the service department to speak with. And then, my car’s oil pan cover comes off as I’m driving. Careless team. No excuses. Never will bring my vehicle back to this location and will advise multiple other customers not to either. Shame on Toyota South.
