Two of the last three appointments have resulted in very poor service due to internal miscommunications. Yesterday was a wasted morning.
I was told twice tire rotation would be an hour but after hour & 45 minutes, I checked and they hadn’t even started on it. The shop should let service desk know if they’re backed up so they can accurately advise customer
