Service was great but had trouble with “tapping “ into the online to see how my vehicle check list .
Me cobraron cosas que no se por que me lo cobraron. Antes no me cobraban por el servicio de aceite y rotación. Ahora si. Eso que tengo garantía de servicio. Me dicen que tengo que cambiar el filtro dentro de mi carro sin revisarlo. Y yo se lo cambie en otro sitio.
They were on time and I didn’t have to wait.
Two employees were loudly discussing the poor performance of another employee including a few cuss words. The 3 customers in the waiting room were uncomfortable
All service work requested was done quickly and satisfactorily.
There was no service person to talk to when I picked my car up. I would have thought for the amount of money I spent, someone would have at least gone over my bill with me to be sure I didn't have any questions. I only talked to the cashier who seemed surprised at the amount I had to pay.
Friendly, quick and thorough. Made sure I was aware of cost for diagnostic test before test was taken.
Did not encounter any problems.
Everyone was very nice great people to work with
She was very personable and kept me informed every step of the way both by text and in person
Ricky went through everything with me and explained what was needing to be changed and explained that I should take my car back to the selling dealer and get my big issue looked at. Ricky definitely knows his job inside and out!

Had a 4 wheel alignment because the steering wheel has been off center since purchased., steering wheel is still off center so now I have to take it back and waste my time.
I appreciate the care that I was given.
This is my second time coming hereand I've always had a job well done. Granted, waiting on parts can always be tedious, but that's how it is sometimes. Thank you!
