I was quoted in the neighborhood of $290 for an oil change, tire rotation, and coolant flush, but the final bill was $360 with no explanation given.
This is the second time I have had my vehicle in your service department in the last 6 months. Both times I was told that everything is covered and that there is no cost for warranty repairs that were completed. Then when I am called to pick up the car this time I am told they did an alignment but I had to pay for rear alignment because that was not covered. I spoke with Bernie and he really didn’t give me a solution- just said it is what it is. I called back to speak to Ricky in service and when I told him who I was he said “you already talked to Bernie, not sure why you are calling to talk to me, he took care of it” then hung up before I could say anything else. Mind you I was not the person called to be made aware of the alignment issue- they called someone else that used to work there to speak to him instead of me about my car!! How is that professional? My number is the one listed to contact and that was confirmed by the lady that checked my car in the day I dropped it off. The first time in April 2023 I picked up my car, was told by Bernie that there was no charge and that I was good to go, I confirmed that by asking are you sure- he said absolutely- then told me the paperwork was not completed and that they would call to let me know when it was ready to pick up for my records. My husband got a call saying we owed over $400. We were charged for items that were listed on the receipt to specifically not charge us for among other things such as labor for warranty work. When I brought this issue to Bernie’s attention he kind of brushed me off and said he would see what he can do but doubted there was anything that can be done. I gave him a week to talk to someone higher up than him about it and I called yesterday about it. He told me that he was 10 sheets to the wind deep in issue’s because someone quit etc and that he would get to it when he can. I also asked for a print out of the alignment that was done- he told me he stapled it to the paperwork himself and that I must have missed it- there is not an alignment sheet with my paperwork. In fact I have yet to get a paper that shows when an alignment has been done the last two times it’s been charged out. Today I am handed a business card with a handwritten note for a free oil change……that expires before I am due for an oil change. I don’t think that makes up for all the things I was charged for that should not have been charged for. And still no alignment paperwork. I trusted you with my car and the thanks I get is being over charged for things and dismissed as if I don’t matter when I have a genuine complaint? Do better Heart City!!
Tire rotation was odd. They said that they did not have the lug nut wrench for my tires but my tires were Toyota lug nuts. No need to respond but odd that they relied on me for a wrench.

This was a visit to receive my second key fob. The visit only took a half hour. This was half the time I thought it would take. So, I was pleasantly surprised. Emily was very polite and answered my one and only question.
