Awesome. Rick had set me up with my first 6 month maintenance on my new car. He was there to greet me when I arrived on Saturday, September 23. The car was serviced and in and out quicker than he quoted me. Much appreciated. I appreciate the interaction that I had with Rick. They found out something was problematic with the brakes during the 9/21 visit. However the brakes were inspected on 9/5 as well. I ABSOLUTE APPRECIATE THAT IT DID NOT COST ME ANYTHING AND THEY DROPPED OFF AND PICKED ME UP LATER. However, the issue remains that why wasn't the problem detected the first time?
Pictures sent to my phone were not clear. Couldn’t tell what I was looking at. Also was told that I need new brakes pads, but wasn’t given an estimate as to how much it’s going to cost.
This Heart City Toyota always provides excellent service. The people are friendly and helpful. I have had Toyotas before in another location and they were always great too. Heart City is even better. I intend to purchase all of my future vehicles here.

I had a long wait. I know sometimes things get backed up. But then make it right with the customer. Take 10% off their bill for example. Or give them a voucher for a free car wash.
When I got back into my car the passenger seat was reclined all the way back and seat warmers were on. If you’re going to take a nap in my car while it gets “serviced” please put the chair back up and leave it the way you found it!
