Would be helpful if service bay doors were higher. Most Toyota service centers I visit while traveling across the USA have 10 to 12 feet bay doors. I understand your limitation’s in the building you occupy; just an observation. We are full time travelers and carry camping and expedition gear on the truck roof. I had to take all the cargo boxes off to get into the bay. That said, the service team was great as was my experience!
Ricky, is always kind and explains things well to my whole family. He always makes us feel welcome and we all enjoy working with him. Ricky is the reason we love Hart City Toyota Service Department. Also Sebastian always takes good care of our vehicles and is very thorough on looking for things that I am concerned about. Thank you guys for making sure we have a wonderful experience.

John was awesome! Gave suggestions(not advice) as to the best ways to proceed, was exceptionally helpful and friendly, explained every step of the process and gave me a referral when they had done all they could regarding the after-market security system causing the horn to sound the alarm every time the doors wee opened. BTW though the referred business, Leading Edge, doesn’t do much of these kinds of installations any more, Roger still took the time to work on my vehicle, uninstalling the alarm system and even correcting the power connections on my after-market heated seats, working on it for nearly an hour and didn’t charge me a dime! Wow!

The service rep, which was a gentleman kept telling me that my monitor would work with my wife’s key fob in the car and I kept telling him that for six months it was working without her key fob, but he kept bringing it up as in. I was wrong with the service manager standing there, not giving any comment at all. so far there’s no solution I’m gonna have to bring it in again to get this fixed. Period
Greg is awesome! He is so knowledgeable and welcoming. This is now my second time working with him and I’ll definitely keep coming back. You all have a great operation :-)

I love this dealership. I’m from Ohio and got my oil changed a month or two ago. The technician found a couple things that needed to be addressed and did it! I was so happy that he took the initiative to keep me safe on the road.
I just brought my Tundra in for planned service repairs needed, and I continue to be so happy (even after the nearly $4,000 In repairs). Greg is great, and the technicians are top shelf. I am no longer taking my truck anywhere else except to this dealership for any oil changes, repairs etc.

Everyone in the body shop and service department at office are very nice. But I wanna do a great big shout out for a John Carlo Manager of the body shop. I am 74 and I was very comforted by him he called me and kept me updated on my car since my accident and I didn’t have to call him and he was honest and very polite I appreciated him very much!!! If I had the power I would tell you to give him a big raise he gave me no hassles at all about anything I was right honest
Ricky was very helpful and friendly. I took my car in for a regular service, but seeing it had open recalls, Ricky ordered the necessary parts for me and explained what needed to happen when I brought my car back in. I really appreciated that because now I don’t have to worry about it!
