I did not receive the full cost of repairs prior to completion. Only listed the amount of what the part was. When speaking to the manager, he was dismissive and very vague about charges. I will not be returning to this location for repairs in the future. I’ve taken my car to the south bend location and it’s always been pleasant and they were always honest up front prior to work being completed.
Rick and the service team did a great job of keeping me informed and got me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Which, I greatly appreciate. However, I’m somewhat confused and frustrated with the email coupons I receive. I received three different emails and three separate days offering the same services at different prices. Then when I go to use one. I learned it only covers a portion of the actual transaction and you can only use one per visit. So, you have to weed through three emails to try to find the best deal. The whole thing is very confusing and very misleading.

I understand they may have needed to get things out of my glove box but they left everything a mess in the front seat. Also my steering wheel was left heavily soiled and oily. Other related issue with the text messaging. I have now asked FOUR times for the main number for our service to be my husband Mike at ****-****-xxxx. Even when we came in and paid the bill (which was also $90 more than the estimate) I spoke with a nice woman who understood the problem and I thought she fixed it. However, this survey still came to my number (Kristine ****-****-xxxx) The car runs great and was completed in a timely manner so I am grateful for that part.

Trever was kind and professional but this is my second time coming here for service. I BOUGHT my car here. After that the service men are rude, not helpful unprofessional and I am starting to believe low key racist. They were very short with me. Over the phone and in person. I won't be back.

Amber was very nice, friendly, and helpful! This was my first time bringing in my car for servicing and Amber made the appointment easy and worry free. The service center team were super fast and my car was finished quickly. Very good service!! Also, the lobby area is very nice! ????
Amber was very kind and understanding in an upsetting situation for me. She was excited for me when the problem I had with my car was much less than I had thought it would be. She was knowledgeable and very helpful as well.
