Great job by everyone. The service was timely and the waiting area was clean. The receptionist was friendly amd Mr. Ricky Vargo did an excellent job in explaining the found issues with my vehicle. The customer service was amazing. Not just from Ricky, but all of the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Ricky specifically listened to me about my requests for service, so I didn’t end up receiving/paying for services that I didn’t need at this time. The service took 20-30 minutes longer than expected, but Ricky made sure to come update me more than once. He apologized for the wait, which of course I told him it was no problem. Apart from the staff, the waiting area is very inviting and comfortable, with snack and beverage options to choose from, a television, and comfortable chairs. I would highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at Heart City Toyota, and I will definitely bring my vehicle back next time it needs a service!

I went in originally because a seal needed to get replaced.I had this by Hart. Plus, $5000.00 worth of other repairs they said i needed. About two months later I needed to come back because seal was leaking oil again. After getting the work completed, I barely got home and warning. Lights came on my dashboard. I needed to go back the next day and they told me it was a oxygen sensor now this is a part that they were playing around near when they had to fix my seal..They charged me for the part, but not for labor. A week later guess what? Same warning lights are back on again! So this means I will need to go back there for the third time, hopefully to get my car fixed correctly! Really getting tired of returning for reworks
