The oil change maintenance was not performed as asked. Of the recall issues the fuel line was not remedied because you didn’t have the part and had to be ordered and couldn’t have been done anyway as I was not told ahead of time that there couldn’t be more than 1/4 tank of fuel. Then when I left they had parked my truck under the parking lot light where there were 6 bird droppings on the hood, frustrating having just washed it the evening before my appointment and it is garaged. Not a great first experience for me with Heart City service.
Everything, as always went fine. I had a question and called The mechanic and he answered my question and was very helpful and friendly.

She was assuring by guiding me to where I needed to be. Afterwards she explained what was to be done, the prices, and additional items to be done and charged. She answered my questions and showed me the options of my choice to have ghe replacements done or not and why they needed replaced. I felt she was honest and trusted her word. She was with me to the payment and stayed until the lady took over for payment. Hank you for having Amber. She is blooming well.
