I was a disappointed with the outcome the first two times that we had to return our car for the same problem. But the Service Manager, Bernie, did an exceptional job of making it right. And Amber Watson also was good at her position as well. But maybe there was a problem with interpreting what I said and what was recorded??

Over $100 for an oil change is extremely expensive. I thought maybe there would be a coupon or some kind of a discount but the cashier could not find any. I may have to take my vehicle somewhere else in the future. I just can't afford to pay those prices.
