Trying to schedule online was a nightmare
This is the second time my vehicle goes in for service. Both times we mentioned issues with a front plastic piece under drivers seat always unsnapping. Both times I was told it was just out of place. I know this.
I keep snapping it back myself. I was assured all was good. Now again, I get in my car and it’s out of place AGAIN.
Quite disappointed this issue isn’t fixed. Could we order a replacement part instead of trying to blame how we’re getting in and out of the car.

My vehicle's issue was challenging for the team to diagnose and required ordering parts on two different days. He was very kind and friendly. He also found some liquid on the ground where my car was parked and before I left he had them put it back on the rack to make sure it was not coming from my car, as he knew we were going to driving that car to Florida in a few weeks. That’s concern! You have a fantastic employee in Trevor. He deserves reconigition of some sort!

So grateful Bernie was there on July 3rd. He was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He made a really bad day better. He was a straight shooter when it came to what was wrong with my car and what to expect. I wish he and heartcity were in Illinois. Would gladly switch to this dealership.
