The experience was very good, liked the electronic integration along with phone and text follow-up. I thought pricing was fair when visiting dealer service center. And, appreciate final cost was less than estimated cost.
Service was fine. I did however notice that after a tire rotation that there was some unusual wear on the tires. Service told me after I addressed the issue with them, that it was an alignment issue and for a certain dollar amout the could fix it. If I wouldn't have looked my truck over. I wouldnt have been notified. This is where I have the problem. It is a known fact that the 2022 tundra trd pro has alignment issues. Although Toyota has not accepted responsibility for this issue. Your service should still point out the problem.. I've had this truck service twice within 15k miles with nothing being acknowledged.
They do a very good job overall. I don’t ever have a problem getting my vehicle in for service. And things are done properly.
He kept me informed of what was going on.

$19.95 for a tire rotation is ridiculous…I bought the tires less than a year ago from Heart City. All other tire stores in the area maintain tires for free as long as you buy the tires from them. I’m moving my business to Monteith on Cassopolis and I might purchase my next Toyota from a dealer out of the area. The current group of employees at Heart City aren’t very friendly. I’ve been a loyal customer for approximately 20 years but I’m shopping for something better…
I will no longer do business with Heart City Toyota we are taking our business else where and none of our friends or family will do business with Heart City as well
