Was told nav infotainment head unit in wife’s 2017 Lexus needed to be replaced to the tune of $4,900. Got home from work had unit working in an hour through recommended reset instructions online. Air conditioning is also working out of one side but I believe blend door is either needing to be reset or replaced. Recommended action was to fill a/c by setvice tech. Blowing cold out of drivers side not on passenger which makes that idea not make any sense. Losing trust in capabilities of service department at Sunshine.

Was supposed to pick me up after my Dr's appt no one showed up. Tried calling and no one answered be cause everybody was at lunch. Had to find my own way back to Sunshine and wait until after 1 o'clock to find if it was ready to pick up. This is/was the only time I will use your service department.
Quick turn-around with question answer. Engine diagnostic savees me money. Knowledgeable people. Sunshine Toyota is the best.
