I did ask about a plastic trim piece that broke on drivers seat. I heard it’s a common problem. Truck has just over 20k miles and plastic already broke. Wondering if it’s covered or not? I’ve had a lot of vehicles and never had one break.

Our car was there for a full month and I feel that the communication was very poor. Our messages that we left were not returned. At least 4 of them. I also don't feel we were treated very nicely when we came to pick up our car. I would like to talk to someone about this. Thank you

During my recent service experience, I encountered several issues that reflect a lack of knowledge, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct from Service Advisors Sara and Jayden. These issues significantly delayed the resolution of a relatively straightforward warranty repair. I called ahead on 7/31 to schedule an appointment for a tire leak, clearly stating that the tire was under warranty. I dropped off my vehicle on 8/7 at 5:00 p.m., provided a copy of the warranty information, and informed staff that I would pick up the car on 8/9. Despite this preparation, I had to make approximately 14 phone calls and leave five voicemails before any meaningful progress was made. I provided the warranty claim details during my initial interactions, but it became evident that Jayden failed to relay this information to Sara. When I followed up, Sara was dismissive and defensive, insisting she was correct despite the discrepancies I pointed out. At one point, Sara told me I would need to go to Walmart because they were the only location that carried the specific tire. When I questioned this, both Sara and Jayden told me to call the warranty claim service myself "if I thought I could do better." I contacted the warranty provider directly, only to learn that the approval had already been sent to the dealership, and they were simply waiting on the tire's part number and pricing—information the service department should have provided. When my husband and I called Sara again to clarify, her demeanor was curt and she appeared frustrated with our questions. Additionally, Sara attempted to shift responsibility by pushing the task of resolving the issue onto me, the customer. Overall, this experience reflects a breakdown in basic service standards—namely, clear communication, accountability, and professionalism. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers do not encounter similar frustrations.

This is the third time where we aren’t told about issues at check out or before but yet things are marked on the report that is sent virtually. If things are such a concern- address it before check out.

Some contents of the glove compartment were scattered on the passenger side floorboard when I got the car back. Did not get a satisfactory answer to my question if the cabin filter had been changed. At previous service visit I was advised the cabin filter should be changed at “next” visit. At today’s visit the service report showed the cabin filter marked “green”, as if it did not need to be changed. I consider this a discrepancy. Also, I received a photo of the hood open and what looked like a dirty filter sitting on the front of the engine. Was that filter replaced? What was I looking at? No description provided. Not your usual good service I’ve come to be used to.

The wrong part has been shipped or ordered twice. When reordering today they completed/closed out a ticket, which prompted a text to me to pick my vehicle up. I rushed around and arrived at the dealership to find out our vehicle was not fixed.

I really appreciated giving my vehicle a look over after I discovered some inconsistencies of quality I'm not use to when getting work done at this service center. I did feel a difference when driving. All my concerns were resolved. The hand prints I missed all cleaned. Thanks again!

Not very efficient or responsive about when to pick up vehicle. Did not perform requested maintenance but only reset the code and charged $75 for such an item. Which already has to be done once the maintenance is performed. Was not clear on price before performing duties, cheaper at other dealerships.
