I have serviced my car, suvs and trucks over the years at Sunshine. Courtney has been my service writer for many years and many vehicles. She is very cordial and competent in all of our interactions. I’m old school so manually scheduling is how I get it done. Courtney has been excellent working through all the processes.
The flashing underbody part that we reported as a concern wasn’t addressed. While waiting to leave, the mechanic looked under and said he would have to order a part to secure it. Hoping they will contact us when the part arrives. Connor was very helpful. Courtney is the best. Unfortunately someone other than Courtney checked us in and apparently that’s when the concern was not noted. We have had wonderful service since first buying in 2010. Maybe just a rookie mistake.

Courtney did a great job getting us a loaner car due to their running behind. When we got our car, we noticed the steering wheel covering was damaged. Courtney asked us to bring it back on Friday for a repair. When we were driving home, the vibration from driving made the glove compartment keep opening up. I left a Message with Courtney.
Appointment was at 8am but the oil change was not completed until 10:05. Not a huge deal but other oil changes were about an hour if that.
I like Courtney’s service. She always remembers who I am, what vehicle I have, why I am there and what is going on. She is the best service person you have and puts a personal touch on a big corporate business. However, I don’t understand what was going on with my truck. I was told that it would take 45 minutes to replace the one tire sensor, which I thought was long, but it took 3 hours before my truck was available. That is not Courtney’s fault. And the technician forgot to put a cap on the valve. That part of the service was very bad for an outrageous price of $325
Courtney is fabulous, very knowledgeable and helpful.
