When an 1 1/2 hour takes 5 1/2 hours a courtesy call could have been made to inform the customer. This would help when relying on someone to drive for auto pick up.

Initially when I came in Jeff service provider and Jaden service coordinator when above and beyond to help me figure out what tires I needed for my Toyota Sequoia. I came in very disappointed that my initial brand new tires only lasted 27,000 miles. What a crime but they did an excellent job. We found some tires ordered them and they were excellent and Sara always is helpful.

Timely and professional sevice
Salesman Steve Schultz was great. There were a few things that needed to be done to the Jeep and he stepped right up and made sure that it got taken care of to our satisfaction. Also the service team and everyone else that we came in contact with their was awesome. Would most definitely recommend Sunshine Toyota to my friends and family.

I never got an explanation on why I was required to pay the diagnostics for a part that was covered under warranty.
