Much longer wait for oil change today compared to previous appointments. Was there one hour and 15 minutes but taken care of. Cozy lobby, tv and fireplace. With water & snacks. Thank you!

I would recommend perhaps she is trained to say: “ just one moment please”, or here you go… have a nice day”.
