Much longer wait for oil change today compared to previous appointments. Was there one hour and 15 minutes but taken care of. Cozy lobby, tv and fireplace. With water & snacks. Thank you!

Courtney has always been extremely pleasant and highly efficient. She’s my most positive contact I have with Sunshine. On a different note: lisa who often answers the main phone would benefit from some phone etiquette training. When I ask to be transferred to service she says “okay?”. I would recommend perhaps she is trained to say: “ just one moment please”, or here you go… have a nice day”. Thank you
