Michelle was wonderful and friendly. Wondering why it took over 2 hours for the person to change the oil and repair the tire? Is that typical? I am very appreciative of them discovering the tire damage.
Set appointment and arrived on time for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told by a Sunshine staffer it would be about 45 minutes. It took a full hour and 45 minutes, more than double the expectation. Can’t do that again.

When scheduling the visit the switchboard operator transferred me to the service department and I had to leave a callback message. This also happened when I had follow up questions after the appointment was made. Other than that everything else was fine.

I made an appointment online for oil change tire rotation. Knowing that I had recalls that were due, but did not have time to do them that day and my oil change was overdue. I am not sure how an oil change text 2 1/2 hours. By checking out the informed me that they fixed the recalls which I did not schedule to do a little frustrated. I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate it. I’m glad they were done, but it would’ve been nice to have been informed.

Courtney is an amazing person and very pleasant to work with. In the last 10 years I have dealt with Courtney the most but your other service reps are just as nice and friendly.

I had my 60k service and a recall scheduled. I was not told how long it would take until I asked - 2 hours. Upon arrival, and 'checking in', I was not told how long it would take, so asked again and was told '3 hours'!! Had I known this, I would have made other arrangements. And, if this is not enough, I was told they need to order cables for the recall, and that would take 3 days, I would be given a car to use. I had to clarify all of this, as it was confusing when it was communicated. I had to keep asking questions - how long before the cables will arrive (she said around a week). So, my frustration was all about lack of communication and poor communication.
