Courtney is absolutely outstanding. After a brain injury, this was my first time addressing a major problem with my car, that was quite expensive. Both things were extremely stressful for me to learn how to work through again (every experience is new to a TBI survivor). Courtney was so patient, with my endless questions and high anxiety. She was calm and so assuring, and treated me like a human by really meeting me where i was, and not just a customer.. I will definitely be requesting to work with her for all my future car needs!
I specifically asked if there would be a charge to recheck a recall issue that appeared to resurface. I was told no, because the dealership fixed it. Later, when I got my final bill, I was charged $75.00 anyway. I also made clear if a charge was going to be applied I would live with it. I said that before the matter was checked.

Water pump and serpentine belt replaced in my car 800.00 didn’t get down the street when the temp gauge high came on check engine light came on was switching two wheel drive came on returned it Saturday Monday picked up at 4 drove down the street and they alllit up my dash again and it’s back again in your shop.

Oil changes should not take 1.5-2 hours when an appointment is made in advance.
All the fluids in the car are the same as when I went in. They are all low! This needs corrected! Nothing was checked in the car except headlights. It looks like they sprayed it with soap and never rinsed it. Just the worse service it’s as if they were in a big hurry for lunch.
