Finally, after the 3rd attempt to fix my misalignment, I requested to have a more experienced tech work on my vehicle. Robert agreed. I don't think I should have to come back 3 times to accomplish this repair, although, the lack of the tech's experience is not the advisor's fault. From the customer's stand point, it was very frustrating.
Your service gives me a level of comfort...that..my friend is why I keep coming back!!!

dropped off a car for no powersteering. they figured out it was wiring harness. they got it fixed. The customer service from Tyler was great. the car was my sons, but would definitely go back if needed anything done on mine.

Mr Long was very responsive and courteous. Staff was short in the maintenance area but he got my Tundra in quickly and back out, much quicker than the expected time. Previously, he answered my questions on my tires and the black dots on the side of the truck. It was all due to the car wash tire shine. I really appreciate his experience, knowledge, professionalism and his ability to connect with the customer!!!
