It took a bit longer than anticipated. Unfortunately, someone at your shop stripped the pan drain bolt last time and you had to replace the pan.
It was quickly and gracefully handled.
Don’t text me at 7 o’clock in the morning the day following the appointment to find out how satisfied I was with it.

I do not have a problem with Robert. My dissatisfaction is that the wheels needed realignment and tires replaced so soon. I am convinced that if realignment was necessary the car came from the factory out of alignment and with inferior tires.

Takes way too long at the dealership. Got 4 tires replaced, 2.5 hours. Explained to me that there’s only 1 “tire machine”. I typically avoid going to dealerships because of this time killer. The work was excellent, the staff was excellent, but it needs to be faster turnaround.
The support team at Buckeye Toyota, front counter and service team, always provide excellent customer service over the past 9 years. They are the primary reason that I would continue to do business with Buckeye Toyota over other dealerships.

Everyone was great. Service was completed faster than anticipated. That's always a good thing.
The work was done well and in a timely fashion. My only complaints were that there were slight scratches on 2 rims and the cost was slightly higher than the quoted price.
I have warm feelings towards Buckeye Toyota because the service department is second to none. The employees always treat you with respect and offer assistance when needed always with a BIG smile. This is my third Toyota lease in a row. If I would mention any drawback to this dealership and that would be the sales department. All three of my leases have been thru Direct Toyota of Columbus because Buckeye has this take it or leave it attitude with having the most expensive trucks even though the sticker prices may only have a difference of a couple hundred dollars. Bottom line is the way I feel is that the greed of the owners of Buckeye turn me off and I will still make the 25-30 mile drive to Columbus to buy my Toyota. PS By the way, I gave Buckeye three chances in the past 8-9 years to sell me a truck and they failed miserably. Thanks again Tyler and the whole group at the service end of Buckeye, you get five stars from me. Joe S
