It took almost two hours for an oil change. I also was asked to leave a review after I purchased the truck and I would receive a voucher for a free oil change and car wash. I never received any voucher for a car wash.

I have been in the service industry, owned a business with a service department, and am currently in sales: your people were A+ from start to finish. This is literally the first experience in I’m not sure how long that when something was said, it was done. When timetables were given, they were accurate. Went to the dealership to pick up my car only to discover damage on the top where the new trim panel had been installed. No one at the dealership said anything about it and we had to show them. They should have owned up to it. Then as we drove away we noted that the check engine light was still on. We had been told and paid for that fix but obviously no one at the dealership checked or road tested the car to make sure it was fixed. And no one there was available to work on it so we had to leave it again. Really poor customer service and not sure I can trust to have my vehicle fixed correctly at this dealership. The guy did take pictures of the damage and said the dealership would make things right but I’ll have to be convinced of that and that the dealership truly cares. I understand that accidents happen but to have to discover the damage on our own and no one at the dealership did the right thing and tell us up front about it or try to fix it before telling us our car was fixed doesn’t speak of honesty or integrity. And having the check engine light on and no one at the dealership bothered to make sure the problem was fixed only added to my concern.
Three things I was having a problem with the car when you put it in park would tell you it was not they could get it to do that but when lei pulled it in the garage it did it they fix the heat and air the other thing would tell you could find key it doesn’t do it often so next time I am going to check the battery in the remotes that probably the problem mr Anglin

Problems with the oil change. Now the bracket that pulls the oil stick out broke off. They were aware of how hard it was to pull out. I feel that a good mechanic should have known that it was very warn out and should be replaced
