We had an oil change done and forgot the check book at home. We were allowed to take the car home and get the check book and come back to pay for the service. It felt good to be trusted that way. The big city business with the small town heart.
Waited four hours to find out No one even looked at our vehicle long wait for nothing. Was asked to come back after lunch and errands it took only 1 hour to diagnose the problem. 4 hours that we will never get back
Service was excellent as Audrey kept us advised of what was being done and estimated time.
I have one problem with Ford - I had to replace all lug nuts at approx. 11.00 each. That is a Ford problem and I should be reimbursed for that cost. What a rip off.

Completely unsatisfied waste of time! Left voice mails and no one called me back car sat there for almost 10 days. Had to find out my self there was no transmission tech. The dealership didn’t want to give me a rental even though im on bumper to bumper warranty. Capitol city ford in Indianapolis offered me a rental with in the first day, but i wasnt able to get it. They informed me that they didnt have a transmission tech with in 1 day. Capitol city in green field is completely ****. Would not recommend to anyone. Please fix your dealership if i could i would give capitol city in greenfield 0/5 stars.

The only complaint I have is that I brought my car in @ 9:30am for a 10am appointment and it was almost 12 noon before they called me to tell me it was the battery. I feel like it shouldn’t take that long to check the battery. I told the girl that I needed to have my car back to go to work by noon.
