Audrey and the technician were great! Friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. My checkout at the cashier window was not pleasant.
She didn’t offer my rewards and acted like it was no big deal. Unlike the cashier the day before that was very pleasant and offered me to use the rewards and I thanked her and told her I would use the rewards $ the next day. Which I wasn’t offered and I was told “it is only $29.00” when your a single income and just spent 2,100$ every little bit helps.
