The service on my vehicle was fine. I just question if an appointment is needed or of any benefit when it seems like it takes 4 to 6 hours to complete something as simple as an oil change and tire rotation. I know it doesn’t actually take that long to do the work, so what was the point of making an appointment at a specific time? Doesn’t seem like that appointment time is of any relevance.
I was not serviced by last name Sego, I was serviced be someone named Jarrett and he did fine. My dissatisfaction is with Regina. I was told that my car completely missing a part in a recall did not affect the fact that my car is still not driving properly. There’s always a cause and effect and before experiencing issues with the recalled item, I did not have issues with my car accelerating. I was told this without a diagnosis done, of which was told that it’d cost around $200. I was also told that I could get my vehicle picked up and dropped off free of charge for another recall to be fixed when I called in on Monday 3/17. Then was told today 3/19 (when I called to schedule the appointment), that one of the employees/mechanics would have to drive my car (that’s already at risk of an accident) to the dealership to be fixed. I asked about a tow truck and was informed that they don’t have one but that I would have to pay to tow my recalled vehicle to the dealership to be fixed because it’s not driving properly. So yes, I am not satisfied.
After 1 hour wait I was told my truck would be ready in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later and a 1.5 hour wait. My truck was brought around with oil on the steering wheel. I had to go back in and ask for something to clean it with they sent the technician out. He said he sprayed stuff on a rag, but it did not even make the steering wheel damp I was a little frustrated and told him to stop cleaning it, and I would do it myself. I understand you have new people, and they are not as fast as others, but that was the longest oil change I’ve ever got by far.
Will be nice to know what the truck is worth, but there is no way we can afford to trade. I appreciate you picking up and returning the vehicle.

I don’t understand how an oil change can take almost 2 hours. II would have, at the very least, been nice if someone from the service department acknowledged the time I spent waiting for my vehicle.

I came in for an oil change and service. While rotating the tires they found a screw in the sidewall of one tire.
I was very fortunate because the prior day I had just completed a 1000 mile trip from Florida.
Josh spent considerable time reviewing the possible options for replacing the single damaged tire. After a lot of discussion we decided the best option would be to replace all four tires.
Josh was most helpful.
