Was told a cheap price to get me in , when the vehicle was done told me a much higher price. Then say I agreed to it, the only conversation was about the original price that was quoted. Also took 5 additional day then the promised date.
I’ve always loved Inskeep and Capital City seems just as good. I received very friendly service from all involved. Thank you and I’ll be back!
I believe if you check your records you will notice that my car has been down there since about July 6th or so! As of today you still have my car! I’m sure you folks can finish the survey on your own. Enough said!!

Dropped off on Thursday for a Monday appointment. Truck wasn’t looked at until Wednesday. Got it back on Thursday evening.
My point is that I had an appointment on Monday and it sat for two days before work was done.
Josh always does a good job for me on both my vehicles.
I do not like getting a text to find out the status of my vehicle I want to talk to your service rep so i can personally ask questions.
This is not the quality of service I am use to. I hope I don't have to find someone else to go to.

Getting a little salty on your prices though. Under Inskeep’s ownership, I used to pay under $60 for the exact same services, now $80. I understand that times have drastically changed in the last few years, but a 25%+ increase?! Get a grip! I won’t be coming back, due only to this factor.
Dave is a great technician and really takes care of my vehicle. I always feel safe knowing my car is in good hands.
